Show version number

• Now that we are starting to create releases, we should show the version number of the app somewhere in the UI.

• Also we will soon release a new contract version, so also the smart contract version number should be displayed.

• I would assume to find the version numbers either in the sidebar or the settings.

• Display Safe smart contract version in settings, as this is safe-specific

Rename "Safe name" to "Safe details" and add the current version of this Safe's smart contract there. Communicate if the Safe's contract is the most recent. If there is an update for the smart contracts available, the user could also upgrade from here, but the upgrade part will only need to be implemented with #241.

About the Safe smart contract version.

We can get the current VERSION from the contract instance we're using. But about the most recent one, shall we rely on the contract address provided by the ABIs? Or is there another way?

I think because the most recent version only changes every 3-6 months max, we could also just hard-code the latest version whenever there's a new one?

Because with each contract update the user would have to set up a new modification transaction and we probably need to have new screens explaining why the update is needed everytime we do one.
