I lead a 6-person frontend team at media-press.tv, where for the last decade I've been building one large platform — today a big Angular 22 / Nx monorepo with NgRx SignalStore, signals, Signal Forms and zoneless change detection. My path runs from software testing → .NET fullstack → modern Angular architecture, including migrating legacy AngularJS & Silverlight systems. I care about clean architecture, code quality, and growing the people around me.
Lately I spend a lot of time on how a team works with AI coding agents on a big codebase: repeatability through a deterministic harness rather than prompts, team knowledge written down for people and agents, and automated gates plus human review. I also write my own tooling in Rust to connect AI and our daily tools with Azure DevOps.
Off the clock I tinker with Rust and Flutter. Fun fact: before software I earned an M.Sc. in Biotechnology and co-authored a scientific paper on biodegradable shape-memory polymers. 🧬

Prowadzę 6-osobowy zespół frontendowy w media-press.tv, gdzie od dekady rozwijam jedną dużą platformę — dziś to duże monorepo Angular 22 / Nx z NgRx SignalStore, signals, Signal Forms i zoneless change detection. Moja ścieżka wiedzie od testowania, przez fullstack w .NET, do nowoczesnej architektury Angulara, łącznie z migracją systemów legacy (AngularJS, Silverlight). Zależy mi na czystej architekturze, jakości kodu i rozwoju zespołu.
Dużo czasu poświęcam temu, jak zespół pracuje z agentami AI na dużej bazie kodu: powtarzalność dzięki deterministycznemu środowisku zamiast promptów, wiedza zespołu zapisana dla ludzi i agentów, automatyczne bramki i review człowieka. Piszę też własne narzędzia w Ruście, które łączą AI i codzienną pracę z Azure DevOps.
Po godzinach dłubię w Ruście i Flutterze. Ciekawostka: zanim trafiłem do IT, zrobiłem magistra biotechnologii i współtworzyłem publikację naukową o biodegradowalnych polimerach z pamięcią kształtu. 🧬
