Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Hello GDevelop team,

I’m facing an issue with a cloud project that appears in my project list but cannot be opened anywhere.

Environment:

  • GDevelop version: 5.6.252 (latest)
  • Platform: Windows
  • Project type: Cloud project only (no local copy)

Issue:

  • The project is visible in the project list.
  • It cannot be opened in the Desktop app.
  • It also cannot be opened in the Web editor.
  • The “Duplicate” option does not appear.
  • The same error occurs consistently.

Context:
Earlier, I uninstalled GDevelop and deleted the entire AppData/GDevelop 5 folder as part of troubleshooting another issue. After reinstalling and signing in again, this cloud project became inaccessible.

What I’ve already tried:

  • Fresh reinstall
  • Clearing all local cache and metadata
  • Signing out and signing back in
  • Toggling Cloud Projects on/off
  • Trying both Desktop and Web editors
  • Different network (no change)

It looks like the cloud project metadata or last saved state may be corrupted or incomplete on the server side.

Request:
Could you please check this cloud project and, if possible:

  • Restore or roll back the project to a previous version, or
  • Rebuild/fix the cloud metadata so it can be opened again.
