The create a new extension object doesnt work

Describe the bug

When i dowloaded the scrollbar extension and click on create one new, it doest nothing, so i tested with other extension and it foest work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Dowload an extension
2. Click on create instance
3. Click on the custon object
4. click on "Skip and create one blank"
5. see error
