Layers without 3D Objects will automatically resize themselves when Angled #8109

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Attached is a video of the bug occuring. I took a break from the engine for a month or so, and when I returned and updated to the latest version, the Top Down game I had been working on for a while was completely broken.

The layers seem to automatically resize themselves to best fit the screen if they don't have 3D objects on them, which is why the Floor and UnderFloor layers are fine (Underfloor contains the 3D Cubes that can be seen underneath the floors, and Floor Contains some 3D Railing Post objects).

Given that there's no way I could find to change or disable this, I'm assuming it is a bug, and therefore I wanted to report it.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Game, and Create 2 Seperate Layers, place 2D Objects on One and Either 3D Objects on the Other or a Mixture of Both.
  2. Create Code to Angle the Layers
  3. Preview the game and see how the 2D-Only Layer Rescales itself automatically

If it cannot be recreated, attached is a Google Drive Link to the Project I'm having this issue in. For anyone else reading this report, this is not to be used or distributed in any way except as an example of this bug for the GDevelop Team.
