Manually arrange playlists & EPG on playlist level

Hi,

Thank you for updating this App to 0.17.1, really appreciated all the work you've done for us.

1. Could we get back the feature of manually re-arrange playlists? I had 0.16 versions for a very long time and this feature is gone in 0.17

2. Could we add the EPG url onto the individual playlist level, instead of the current setting at the global level across all playlist?
   It's easier to manage, read and quicker to find the program info when I'm at a specific playlist.

3. Multi-View feature--ability to view two or more channels at the same time, either in the same window (eg. side-by-side or main channel with smaller pip second channel), or each channel in its separate window.
