Hidden bitstreams are still visible on the item page

Describe the bug
Version: 2024.02.01
The bitstream property "Hide file" = true does not hide the bitstream on the item page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start an item submission
2. Attach a file
3. Set the property "Hide file" to true
4. Finish the submission and visit the item page
5. Bitstream is displayed

Expected behavior
When the Hide file property is set to true, the user should not be able to see the bitstream.
