Pull together the visualisations from the priors app and the model output visualisation from the COVID tutorial and build a simple Shiny app. In the tutorial for it we can also cover using the parse_model_output function to parse INLA / inlabru model output.

Add the mapping tool to the priors app and then pull out into separate app.

Add in argument to control use of base::exp. We won't want to use this with Gaussian data.
