Push notifications for mobile devices #1
Description
Currently simple notifications only sends simple graphical / UI notifications.
Enable push notifications for mobile devices.
Should be configured on/off (+ additional settings) in inspector.
There are brief instructions on how to develop in CONTRIBUTING.md.
