Integrate `-action Configure` as command by default

After year, I think this is most std behavior for most of use.

Strange that I didn't hear the feedback about this before, but it will help to avoid misunderstanding for some people who can't use manual commands, or just for convenience.

So I've plan to change default command for the new releases.
