Why now?

AGENTS.md lacked explicit instruction to follow the PR template, leading to inconsistent submissions.

What changed?

  • Added guidance to AGENTS.md to always follow PR submission guidelines and use the repository's PR template.

Ensure the new AGENTS.md instructions are clear and capture repository expectations.

Checklist

  • Scope ≤ 300 lines (or split/stack)
  • Title is verb + object (e.g., “Refactor auth middleware to async”)
  • Description links the issue and answers “why now?”

  • Tests/docs updated (if relevant)
