Periodically commit to database #57
Description
Plugins that work out of memory but dump to the database when exiting are vulnerable to data loss if the program crashes. There should be a timer to commit the state to disk.
Need to evaluate whether this should be done on a per-plugin basis or if a global timer thread makes more sense.
