Sorry for delay in code submit.
This code was working fine on eclipse ,I was not able to test this on Payara ,it was generating an exception.
This would require ,db details to be connected to an Oracle database.
Also ,I have a created a web application that would consume Rest Services .Below is the link for BlogClient.
