因为是一个纯前端的项目，所以生成之后的文件不支持直接读取环境变量，这里定义了一个 build 参数，build docker 镜像的时候可以指定
修改构建参数配置之后，
docker-compose up -d即可如果
docker-compose up -d之后又修改参数，则需要重新构建镜像使用docker-compose up -d --force-recreatefixes #47 , #87
