ESP8266 and Serial module HW-044 : "Serial: False" in MQTT "SystoMQTT"

Describe the bug
I'm using ESP8266 module wired to my HW-044 Serial module (see screenshots)

I flashed using the WEB UI and selected: "nodemcuv2-serial"

Configured Wifi & MQTT successfully.
But unable to use serial, and MQTT topic "SystoMQTT" says : {"uptime":368,"version":"v1.8.1","mqtt":true,"serial":false,".....

Plugged laptop serial to HW-044 and when publishing to topic "/commands/MQTTtoSERIAL" i'm ain't getting anything on Putty...
115200 by default... (tried 9600 also)

To Reproduce
Use same hardware I use and install " "nodemcuv2-serial"

Expected behavior
Serial should be "true" in "SystoMQTT" and I should be able to see on Putty's laptop messages sent to: "/commands/MQTTtoSERIAL" topic...
