Add support for Deathstalker v2

Motivation

• Added support for the razer deathstalker V2.

Testing

• Also made corresponding changes in librazermacos, see: Deathstalker V2 Support librazermacos#44. Tested these changes manually with my own razer deathstalker.

The repo seems abandoned i created a fork for both razer-macos and librazermacos to add support for Blackwidow v4 75%, and created a new release 0.4.11 if you could make ur pr to that master branch i could help review and create a release for your changes too
