[Bug] can't install normally if using custom installation dir

Problem Description

Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/1panel.service → /etc/systemd/system/1panel.service.

1Panel 使用的是 SQLite 作为数据库存储，报错 database is locked 可能由以下几个原因导致：

• 数据库文件权限问题
  运行 1Panel 的用户可能没有足够的权限访问或修改 1Panel.db 文件。

• 磁盘空间不足或文件系统只读
  SQLite 需要写入数据，如果磁盘空间已满，或者数据库所在目录被挂载为只读模式，也可能导致 database is locked 错误。

• 并发访问问题（例如 NFS 共享存储）
  如果 SQLite 数据库存放在 NFS 或其他网络存储上，可能会导致文件锁定机制异常，建议将数据库文件存放在本地磁盘上。
