[Feature] Add API endpoint for retrieving installed application details

Currently, 1Panel does not provide a comprehensive API endpoint to query details of a single installed application by its name or ID.

While there is an existing endpoint /apps/installed/check that checks the installation status of applications, it provides limited information and primarily focuses on status checking.
