Clean Database

As a natural feature CouchDB store revisions.

Can we add a clean function, or tell me how to add this functionality?

Ah, I didn't know about this. All node-couchdb methods are pretty similar: https://github.com/1999/node-couchdb/blob/master/lib/node-couchdb.js#L77
