Some Inclusion Bot updates

• The greeting was moved to the beginning of the bot’s response instead of starting with suggestions
• The greeting and suggestions both have the green bar instead of the suggestions having a yellow bar. The idea is to make it look less like you’re in trouble.
• The “What’s this?” button is changed to “Why this suggestion?”
• A link to the full list of words, suggestions, reasoning, and supporting documentation is included at the bottom of the message
