Description of the Change

PHP >= 8.2 was getting deprecation notices for mb_convert_string

Deprecated: mb_convert_encoding(): Handling HTML entities via mbstring is deprecated; use htmlspecialchars, htmlentities, or mb_encode_numericentity/mb_decode_numericentity instead in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/headless-wp/includes/classes/Integrations/Gutenberg.php on line 192

mb_convert_string usage with HTML-ENTITIES has been deprecated.
