Add Liquid AI service provider

Liquid AI recently launched their Liquid Foundation Models (LFMs) and can be integrated via Lambda's Cloud API (compatible with the OpenAI API) and setting the model to /models/LiquidCloud leveraging. There are some significant performance improvements here compared to transformer-/RNN-/hybrid-based generative AI models and worth testing out ahead of actually bundling into ClassifAI.
