Fix link to React Helmet on customizing html.js (gatsbyjs#3074)

The link in React Helmet was resulting in a 404 because it was an absolute link to the same URL: `https://www.gatsbyjs.org/https://www.gatsbyjs.org/packages/gatsby-plugin-react-helmet/`
