Verified batches inadequately spaced in time #1472
Description
This behavior has been registered during testing and the reason for this is that in the Aggregator code we are resetting the timer only after the batch has been successfully verified on L1 and the Sychronizer is up to date.
The whole batch verification process should be "reserved" for a given batch. In this case, if a batch eligible to be the next final becomes ready it will wait the next cycle to be verified (and probably be aggregated with other batches in the mean time).
