I use azure provider, code as follow:

when I run this code, I receive as follow:

I was able to successfully run the example code you posted with Rig 0.32.0.
Have you checked to make sure your endpoint + key is correct?

Also, please note the Azure provider will use the model id you pass in as the deployment name.

If this still doesn't work, can you try getting the response payload? This looks like a deserialization issue.
