Note-taking OS integration

Hi,

Would you be interested in better OS integration with your app? I'm proposing a web app manifest member for note-taking web apps to allow the OS to directly launch a "new note" URL in the app.

We need a stronger indication of developer interest to ship the proposed feature. If you might be interested for your app, would you be able to reply on WICG/manifest-incubations#25? It would be a great help!

Also if you have any feedback on the proposal, please go ahead and file issues there!
