Encodes an image into Base64 ecoding
Usage:
-- Run file in terminal and simply drag and drop an image in terminal as an argument and optionally specify an additional argument of the outputted Base64 text.
-- By default Output is in location of the main file
Ex: C:\Users\0xD-N\Downloads\Encode.py image_path optional_output_path
