Transition to using CUPS #1
Description
I found this guide from Adafruit which uses CUPS, and noticed their bitmap print quality is significantly better. The guide notes this is due to their custom driver, which makes improvements over the manufacturer provided.
This issue is to track tasks and changes related to attempting to support printing via CUPS instead of directly to serial. Plan is to just spawn a process to print files directly: lp -o fit-to-page ./output/issue-1.png
