• Optimized the low CPU usage Spectrum Analyzer a bit, as it was running all the time which isn't so nice. (not that it was having a huge impact on an AMD Ryzen 7 1700x) This also attempts to emulate how it would display on pause, stop and play.

• About page resembling a small Windows 98 desktop with a Winamp 1.00 window you can interact with.

• Playlist Editor has it's debut, with it attempting to emulate how it worked.

• Fixed the clock menu still appearing when it shouldn't have.

• Fixed the khz digit being misaligned when it was below 10 khz.

• Finetuned the spectrum analyzer to match the behavior of Winamp 1.00's "Spectrum Analysis", specifically by adjusting the spectrum weighing of each bands by having WACUP and Winamp 1.00 play white noise to compare (it may still be weird in some places however the lower bands are close in loudness, even if they appear to be very loud at times)
