Add methods to exclude requests paths and responses status codes #59
Description
It would be nice to have some implementation to be able to exclude some request paths and responses status codes for the creation of metrics, since there are some scenarios where not every endpoint is wanted to be tracked as a metric, or in the same case, status codes.
