We should review our system tests and add cases which cover core high impact integrations between Zowe components.

This could involve expanding tests in any area - APIML, CLI, Web Desktop, ZSS, etc.

Part of this is going to be a review of the support Zowe deployment formats, and understanding our level of automation coverage - both in the community and internally. If we are lacking coverage in the community, said deployment formats likely cannot be LTS+Core.
