Create a security group for Zowe users

Create a security group for Zowe users that would collect all SAF permissions required for Zowe users. Currently, there is only one group for Zowe admins. This would greatly simplify configuration for security admins. They could connect this group to all Zowe users.

Example of permissions:

• Access to FACILITY Zowe
• Access to Zowe class, resource APIML.SERVICES
• Access to class APPL, resources OMVSAPPL

For example, z/OSMF defines 4 groups, where one of them is IZUUSER:
