Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Normally gateway will direct traffic to any of the component instances.

Describe the solution you'd like

To achieve better performance, if the component has an instance which locates in same host of gateway, the gateway should prioritize traffic to this instance.

Additional context

Sysplex distributor has similar functionality OPTLOCAL mode: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSLTBW_2.2.0/com.ibm.zos.v2r2.halz002/sys_optlocal.htm.
