Improve home page design

Zowe doc site home page could be improved to provide better user experience and useful information. Some ideas from the team and other channels as a starting point:

• How can we make more content visible without scrolling or cluttering the page @BrandonJenkins14
• Highlight popular topics
• List popular or all educational videos and additional resources
• Tell users the various ways to provide feedback on the content and how to get update on progress
• Add a Download Zowe button for users who come to the doc site first and would like to download Zowe

A cool feature would be a sort of interactive "which component/topic are you interested in" question, that then supplies suggested topics based on your answer that may otherwise be scattered across different sections of the site.

For example, if you chose "Initial Installation" as a topic of interest, it would suggest topics like planning install, sys reqs, zos-install, cli install, troubleshooting etc.... If you chose "CLI", it would offer topics like "cli overview" "getting started with CLI" "Developing for CLI" and "CLI reference guide.

If the interactive idea seems too bold/complex to implement, we could instead just offer a sidebar or other area on the home page with a list of these "areas of interest" and links.
