Is your request for enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Onboarders chapter for Zowe docs to include:

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Information about how to update conformance criteria for a squad
  • Personna description for the person wishing to join a Zowe squad
  • Describe committer/ contributor/ ability to collaborate on branches, git permissions associated with repos

User coming to docs.zowe.org should be able to navigate if they wish to join a squad or be part of one
