Add TestNG support

[GoogleCodeExporter]

TestNG test framework is not supported in this libraries, which I think is
a shame because of the same principles that apply to JUnit 4.x can apply to
TestNG framework.

I have written code intended to support TestNG framework and I would like
to submit it for check in. Any feedback would be appreciated and welcome. 
I have included JUnit tests for TearDownTestCase and TestNGAsserts.
