Dock won't restore to original

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Secrets PrefPane 
2. Setting Dock to Glass or 2D Black
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the dock to return to the original non-glass and non-black 
factory setting but it stays as either even after uninstalling Secrets.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using most current version of Secrets on OSX Lion.

Please provide any additional information below.
