Add MSD and other callable functions in model class

In the same vein as the ntk function in the NT classes, we could have other functions that collect architecture information about the models. This could include for example:

• Internal representations
• MSD computation

If they are written nicely, they can all have the same signature and therefore be used in other operations, for example, the trace optimizer.
