doc: Remove "Changes from Version 1 Kernel" document

doc/kernel/overview/changes.rst contains information about changes from kernel release 1.5 ("Version 1 Kernel") to the combined "Version 2 Kernel". It's probably time to remove this from the v1.10 documentation set (it remains in the doc archives) and TOC.
