soc: nordic: fix validate_base_addresses NRF_GPIOTE0 for radiocore

Map definition of NRF_GPIOTE0 to NRF_RADIOCORE_GPIOTE when MDK
defines NRF_RADIOCORE_GPIOTE instead of NRF_GPIOTE0
