Quickstart is not self explanatory

I tried to follow the quickstart to set up a new project using Zeno but it was not self-explanatory. Specifically, I got stuck here:

$ zeno init
Welcome to Zeno! The following questions will guide you through setting up your project.

I don't know what the metadata file should look like, so there should be some way of figuring out the format.
