This creates a new UI for panes - drawing a frame around each pane and providing a title (received from the terminal) as well as the scroll position. In the future it will also display the username in a shared session.
This PR also provides a way to toggle these frames on/off (currently with
ctrl-p + z), and also fixes the display bug in "non-frames-mode" where we had a gap between the plugins and the tab bar.
