This is a (hopefully final) fix for: #285
The CSI that clears the viewport (
[2J) now properly fills all of it with the current style (as it should).This also included some more clearing instructions sent to the user's terminal before starting Zellij (eg. clear scroll region, reset cursor key mode, etc.)
