Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

Enable inlay hints, go to a line where there is an error/warning. Hover over the inlay hint and wait for the "Copy diagnostic message" to appear... try to click on it. 9/10 times it disappears before I can move my mouse and click on it.

Environment

Zed: v0.105.3 (preview)
OS: macOS 13.5.0
Memory: 64 GiB
Architecture: aarch64

I think a short delay before hiding the tooltip will make it easier to click on.

If applicable, attach your ~/Library/Logs/Zed/Zed.log file to this issue.

If you only need the most recent lines, you can run the zed: open log command palette action to see the last 1000.
