Vim: Cursor invisible in RTL text

Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

Vim cursor inside RTL text becomes invisible (not completely invisible there is some kind of black box but it can be considered invisible)

Expected behavior is similar to LTR text where the cursor is just not changed based on where you are and always visible.
