Describe the feature

Hi, I think if have a command like "toggleAllHunk" will be great. Now have a command "expand all hunk diffs", and I can press ESC to close the hunk state. so It need two command to toggle hunk state. If have the command "toggleAllHunk", It can do the same thing only need one command. And I don't care what is the current state to select the key.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature
