Describe the feature

When I'm creating a new object and typing a property I get a very helpful tooltip with the doc comment for the property I'm typing out:

Now, let's say I've forgotten if wait is ms, seconds or even minutes.
So I hover the property, and see this:

This doesn't help jog my memory 😀 I'd love to have the comment included in that tooltip too.

If applicable, add mockups / screenshots to help present your vision of the feature

Something like what you get when you hover the type definition itself would be great!
