Sub word navigation while holding option key

In Sublime Text a user is able to navigate within a word, sub word, to the upper-cased letters while holding the option key. I have attached videos for comparison. Note when the option key is held for Zed the cursor jumps from the start of the word to the end of the word ignoring the case upper-cased letters.
