Currently even in wallet apps that are otherwise localized (e.g. see Electric-Coin-Company/zashi-ios#1239 and Electric-Coin-Company/zashi-android#1421 for Zashi), the user is likely to see some error messages in English from the librustzcash layer. This issue is for ensuring that they can be localized without loss of information that might be important to the user.
