Hi,

Just want to know how it's different/better from zalando/patroni

is it just dockerized patroni?

'''Spilo Docker images, not just "bare" Patroni.'''

you mention the doc I guess. the answer is in the doc too

Spilo is a Docker image that provides PostgreSQL and Patroni bundled together. Patroni is a template for PostgreSQL HA.

The Helm chart deploys Spilo Docker images, not just "bare" Patroni.

  • Patroni provides PostgreSQL HA with Etcd, Consul, ZooKeeper, or Kubernetes (from patroni's repo description).

  • Spilo is a Docker image that provides PostgreSQL and Patroni bundled together (according to the doc).

Now, tell me the difference @sda399
